Human Resources Manager

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for one of our clients in France on a permanent basis.

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:

  • Develop HR Operations (simplify, digital transformation, development of manager’s skills, quality of life at work, etc.) according to the company’s culture

  • Define the strategies to be implemented to support the recruitment process and the development of the brand (staff training, retention, etc.)

  • Develop the company’s strategic alliances and foster its growth

  • Ensure a peaceful social environment within the Company by promoting the communication with the social partners

  • Organise and secure meetings with the STC, and support the COO and the CEO in negotiation meetings with trade unions

  • Meet with crews from all bases and regularly attend meetings in Barcelona headquarters

  • Support the managers with HR issues

  • Supervise the HR team and oversee the payroll, ensuring regular follow-up reporting about the indicators

  • Guarantee compliance with social law regulations

  • Participate in information management and internal communications

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social law or equivalent

  • Extensive experience as HR Manager

  • Experienced negotiating with trade unions

  • Experience in payroll and reporting

  • Leadership and team management skills

  • Fluency in French and English is essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office programs

  • Right to live and work in Europe
