Resource Group's values are strongly rooted in our Swiss parentage in Resource International Group Investments (RIGI). As well as being fully held in Switzerland, our Swiss operating businesses enjoy diverse and fruitful relationships with the country's primary aviation and aerospace organisations.

OUR HISTORY
Resource Group is a privately owned business serving the recruitment and training needs of the Aviation and Aerospace sector for some 40 years. The Group has evolved into a substantial business which offers an array of human resource-based services and solutions. Growth has been achieved through a mix of organic development and strategic acquisition.
Today Resource Group employs over 100 people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France and Asia with over 1100 staff deployed on contracts across the globe. The Group trains in excess of 1000 industry professionals annually.

Whether you are in need of Flight Crew, Engineers, or your next Managing Director, our Aviation Recruitment divisions are staffed with managers and consultants from a variety of aerospace backgrounds with skills and experience related to the operation, maintenance and production of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
We offer a range of end-to-end consultancy services in the following areas; outsourcing, payroll, HR and assessment and screening. We act as intermediates to solve problems, streamline processes and provide consultative experience in any area of management, supporting employees and companies to maximise potential.
Our EASA and GCAA Part 147 approved training organisation delivers best-in-class aviation technical training. Our services include Part-66 modular training, Apprenticeships, Practical Skills training, eLearning (Technical & Flight Crew), exam services and Learning Design.

Our Flight Crew Services is an amalgamation of two Resource Group brands: Contractair (owned by Resource Group since 2000) and Airline Appointments (established in 1976). Contractair has been involved in the provision of Aviation personnel and support solutions for more than 40 years and in this time has established relationships with some of the world’s leading airlines and operators.
The Learning Design division forms a part of Resource Group Training Solutions and is comprised of subject matter experts, experienced training designers and skilled project managers. The Learning Design function designs, develops and deploys compliant learning solutions to meet client's requirements.
Resource Group has developed a powerful Learning Design and Digital Solutions offering running through its newly constituted iAcademy brand. The iAcademy will host a number of digital solutions including all of Resource Group's eLearning portfolio and a Learning Management System service.
Our One Call team are able to tailor our services to your requirements, from a comprehensive Ferry/Delivery package to a Full Operational Support service or simply providing Flight Crew from our extensive base of current crews.
