GOVERNMENT AND DEFENCE

The challenges internationally in terms of sourcing suitably qualified and experienced aircraft maintainers in the civil markets are mirrored to a large extent in special mission and military spheres. Whereby OEM support programs rely more and more on skills from the civilian environment to fulfil maintenance and training obligations, Resource Group are uniquely experienced and positioned in supporting military operations and activity.

We work internationally, supporting air forces and operations with Military focus in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

We are approved internally to manage clearance and background security checks up to NATO SC level and can support volume recruitment campaigns whereby clearances are required for staff
