We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to be responsible for the sales of specific services in the RTS businessKey competencies:

In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.

·        Securing new business from new clients

  • Answering queries from clients via e-mail telephone or face to face.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mail.

  • Identify and develop key market targets, new customers and new business with existing customers.

  • Identifying key decision makers within target clients; contacting and developing relationships with these individuals in the most appropriate manner; investigating current supplier relationships and opportunities for RG to replace or complement.

  • Pro-active sales processing, including but not limited to:

  • Working with RG clients across the RG offering to establish their initial requirements.

  • Liaison with RG Ops to develop an appropriate solution.

  • Establishing prices against clear cost modelling.

  • Creating proposals and other response documents as required.

  • Price negotiation and closing of the sale to the client.

Working with other team members to identify key target regions and support activity already in place

  • Cold Calling to prospect for new clients

  • Development and management of pro-active sales initiatives designed to meet and if possible exceed agreed new business sales targets.

  • Representing RG at trade exhibitions, events and capability demonstrations.

·        Deputise for RTS Business Development Manager (as required) including the production and delivery of sales presentations/reporting and BD Executive/ Administrator support and guidance.

·        Provide onboarding and training support to new starters within the Business Development Team.

·        Co-ordinate, manage and resolve account/ client feedback matters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

•        Significant sales experience in an outward, customer-faced role.

•        New Business Acquisition

•        Cold Call Experience

•        Familiarisation with CRM systems
