QA Manager

We are currently hiring a QA Manager for one of our main clients to be based in Spain on a permanent basis.

This role will ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree in a related field like aviation management or aerospace engineering, coupled with practical experience in aviation maintenance or quality assurance
Knowledge of EASA regulations and industry standards.
High level of English
Availability to travel when required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Regulatory Compliance and operational safety ensuring adherence to EASA Part 145, Part M, and Part CAMO requirements
Perform engineering audits
Investigating Incidents
Coordinate authorization processes for CRS staff conducting assessments
Documentation and Reporting
