We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer for one of our clients based in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for GOV customers analysing and interpreting complex issues and resolve technical matters.
Coordinate on-site support with customers and maintenance organizations to address in-service problems related to aircraft systems.
Investigate reported failures and problems in aircraft systems and structures, offering timely resolutions to ensure optimal performance.
Support systems testing, including software and hardware integration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and maintenance organizations for continuous improvement in aircraft systems.
Prepare, review and update technical documentation, including memos, reports and maintenance procedure instructions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industry.
Proven experience in troubleshooting complex systems, structural issues and operational challenges within an aircraft OEM environment.
Fluency in spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationally.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with customers and maintenance organizations.
Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
