We are looking for a CAMO Postholder Engineer to work in a permanent position for one of our main clients in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with EASA Part-CAMO regulations and company procedures.
Manage the continuing airworthiness of the fleet, with a focus on A320 aircraft.
Oversee and coordinate maintenance programs, reliability monitoring, and technical records.
Utilize AMOS software for planning, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.
Liaise with regulatory authorities, MROs, and internal stakeholders to maintain safety and airworthiness standards.
Implement and improve CAMO processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the CAMO team.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAMO professional.
Valuable experience with A320 aircraft.
Proficiency in AMOS or similar maintenance management systems.
Strong understanding of EASA Part-CAMO regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is an advantage.
