Job Description: Avionics Technician F/A-18

Location: Emmen

Position Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

- Perform IERA maintenance and modification work (instruments, electronics, radio, and avionics) on avionics and electrical systems in and on the overall aircraft system.

- Conduct general electrical/mechanical work.

- Follow-up on work documentation according to relevant specifications.

- Independently troubleshoot and repair defects within the released documentation and personal authorization.

- Specialize in individual areas according to authorization.

Requirements:

- Basic technical education with an electrical background (e.g., Electronics Technician, Car Mechanic).

- Fluent in English (B2 level is an advantage).

- Possess a Category B driving license.

- Experience in avionics is an advantage but not essential.

Skills:

- Knowledge of electrical and avionics systems.

- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.

- Proficiency in following technical documentation.
