Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate projects for one of our main clients in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage aircraft maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and regulatory personnel to ensure all maintenance specifications and standards are met.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics to ensure timely and efficient aircraft servicing.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor maintenance progress and ensure quality control.
- Provide solutions to technical challenges and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand operational needs and maintenance priorities.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance status, inspections, and project completion.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance supervision or a related aviation field.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and aviation regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance personnel.
- Proficient in maintenance tracking systems and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience with Aircraft Maintenance
- Studies in Aeronautical Maintenance at a Center 147 or Professional Training as a Higher Technician in Aeromechanical Maintenance
- Experience in team leadership or project coordination within an aviation environment. (Preferable certification in Project management)
- English and Spanish required
