Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Prepare and send rejection letters to candidates.
Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR information.
Skills:
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Experience in coordinating interviews and managing schedules.
Proficiency in drafting and sending professional rejection letters.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
