Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.

  • Prepare and send rejection letters to candidates.

  • Maintain and update HR databases and records.

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR information.


Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in coordinating interviews and managing schedules.

  • Proficiency in drafting and sending professional rejection letters.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.


Duration: Temporary position with a specified end date (to be determined based on operational needs).
