Technical Director

We are looking for a Technical Director for one of our main clients in Zaragoza.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operations of the maintenance center.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with EASA and AESA standards.

• Coordinate closely with the Quality Manager and other nominated post holders.

• Manage technical staff, resource planning, and performance evaluation.

• Supervise audits (internal and external) and implement corrective action plans.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• Participate in business development and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or technical field (aerospace, mechanical).

• At least 5 years of experience in the aviation maintenance sector (Part145, CAMO or similar).

• Strong working knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-M and Part-CAMO regulations.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.

• High level of technical English (minimum B2, or equivalent).

• Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring Programs.

• Excellent decision-making, planning, and communication skills.
