MCC Controller

We are looking for an MCC Controller for one of our main clients located in Zurich, Switzerland.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor the technical status of all client’s aircraft.
• Act as the primary point of contact for flight crews and the Operations Control Center (OCC) regarding technical queries during aircraft operational hours
• Provide technical assistance to Helvetic Maintenance and third-party maintenance organizations.• Ensure continuous airworthiness of the fleet.
• Track and analyse reported defects across the fleet to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and oversee recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintenance practices.
• Adhere to the quality system and internal procedures.

Requirements
• A valid EASA Part 66 license.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in line maintenance
• Experience with Embraer E190/E195-E1 and/or E2 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AMOS software is beneficial
• Strong ability to supervise and manage technical events and AOG situations under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern with full shift duty capability.
• Possession of a valid full driving license.• Ability to make critical decisions under time constraints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is desirable.
