We are pleased to support our newest airline partner on their search for B737NG First Officers for floating bases across Europe, starting in June 2024.

Minimum Requirements for First Officers:

  • EASA ATPL(A)/ CPL(A) with a B737300-900 Type Rating

  • EASA Class 1 Medical

  • Minimum ICAO Level 4 certification in English language

  • Minimum of 500 flight hours on B737CL & NG type

  • Minimum of 1 year civil aviation experience

  • EU passport allowing unlimited travel

  • No history of accidents or incidents

 

Screening:

Stage 1: Online HR Interview (competency based questions)

Stage 2: Online Psychometric assessment

Stage 3: Simulator Assessment (Madrid)
