Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate projects for one of our main clients in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage aircraft maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and regulatory personnel to ensure all maintenance specifications and standards are met.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics to ensure timely and efficient aircraft servicing.
Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor maintenance progress and ensure quality control.
Provide solutions to technical challenges and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and maintenance standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand operational needs and maintenance priorities.
Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance status, inspections, and project completion.

Required Skills

Proven experience in aircraft maintenance supervision or a related aviation field.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and aviation regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance personnel.
Proficient in maintenance tracking systems and technical documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience with Aircraft Maintenance
Studies in Aeronautical Maintenance at a Center 147 or Professional Training as a Higher Technician in Aeromechanical Maintenance
Experience in team leadership or project coordination within an aviation environment. (Preferable certification in Project management)
English and Spanish required
