A330 MRTT Technical Training Instructor

We are currently looking for A330 MRTT Technical Training Instructor available to start in Spain in a perrmanent position for one of our clients

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training on the Airbus A330 aircraft to maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training courses for the Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft, including both theoretical and practical components.

• Assess and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure consistency and quality of training programs.

• Support the continuous improvement of training methods and materials.

Requirements:

• Minumun 3 years proven experience with A330 MRTT - Certificates of experience will be required.

• Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent qualification.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Familiarity with EASA Part 147 training requirements.
