The inauguration of the Nomad Technic’s facility in 2018, resulted in the need for a Swiss-based aviation recruitment consultancy to support the recruitment of a growing team and provide a Swiss-approved labour lease framework. Resource Group was initially engaged to recruit various team members on a permanent basis. Following this success, Resource Group was called upon to be Nomad’s first-choice supplier for temporary aircraft maintenance staff, and to this day we continue to supply Nomad with their weekly requirements for skilled aircraft technicians and licensed engineers to complement their staff and operations. Through our longevity in the Swiss market and our access to local labour pools, coupled with our understanding of local Swiss labour lease regulations, we have been able to continually guide and advise Nomad with their temporary labour supply.
