Resource Group successfully ran Signature’s assessment day for the 2nd year in a row, assessing the candidates with a number of methods including SHL testing, essays, presentations, group activities  and interviews. All of the activities were socially distanced and safe for both students and staff.  We had 10 candidates on the day which proved to be a hard choice for the client to select who to take to the next stage.

We made the day as fun as we could considering the circumstances ensuring everyone was given the chance to secure a fantastic opportunity and career within aviation, the client selected 6 to progress to interviews onsite at their Bournemouth facility.
