We are looking for quality inspectors for one of our main clients in Switzerland

Tasks

Monitor assembly processes for major structures (e.g., fuselage sections, wings, etc.).
Ensure compliance with assembly specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Perform spot checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct final inspections of completed assemblies or aircraft sections.
Create and maintain inspection plans for assemblies.
Perform inventory and equipment checks at assigned workstations.
Serve as the main contact person for quality-related inquiries on the assembly line.
Provide on-the-job training and support to production employees.
Participate in 1st Level Shopfloor meetings as a representative of Quality Assurance.
Act as an interface between the assembly line and the Quality Assurance Assembly department.

Requirements

Technical background (e.g., mechanic, electrician, or similar qualification).
Several years of experience in the aviation industry, particularly in quality assurance or inspection.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with SAP is an advantage.
Good level of German and English (minimum level B2); proficiency in at least one language is required.
Strong ability to set priorities based on importance and urgency
