Flight Technical Administrator

​We are looking for a Flight Technical Administrator for one of our principal clients in Malta.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in an Aviation Operational environment. Good knowledge of all the OM’s.

  • High Leve of English. C1-C2

  • Computer knowledge editing, Excel spreadsheet, Good written English to executive level.

Main Duties

  • Monitor and maintain the oversight of crew Scheduling and FTL in accordance with OMA Section 7.

  • Proactively identifying departmental hazards, completing risk assessments and mitigations plus progressing the relevant management of change activities.

  • Supervision of Flight Technical department officers as stipulated in the operations manual.

  • Ensure the development, updating and distribution of the company documentation system i.e. AOM’s and aerodrome charts.

  • Managing Flight Crew uniform standards.

  • Representing the Company with authorities and international bodies on matters that fall within his area of responsibility

  • Monitor on a regular basis Crew training records to ensure that operating crew are compliant with all requirements established in Mel Air`s Operations Manuals.

  • Ensure control and development of the Route Structure System.

  • The continued and proactive involvement in the MEL Air ’ Safety and Compliance Monitoring System

  • Ensure that the Company's operation Manuals and crew procedures are in line with national and international standards and with the conditions of the AOC.

  • Ensuring that MEL Air remains in compliance with the applicable regulations relevant to flight operations.

  • Oversight of FTD subcontracted activities.

  • Quality Auditing all necessary departments.

  • Auditing of Operational departments.

  • Other daily duties assigned to him by the AM/GM for the daily running of the AOC.

Conditions:

  • Based in Malta.

  • Permanent contract.
