CAMO Engineer

From Resource Group, we are looking for a CAMO Engineer to join the team of one of our clients in Malta.
The primary goal of the position is to ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time execution of the airline's daily flight operations by providing engineering and technical support to the OCC, daily scheduling maintenance tasks and monitoring aircraft technical and airworthiness conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical support to line maintenance and flight crews Monitor fleet
performance. Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
• Manage AOG recovery and coordinate with OEMs and vendors
• Support MEL/CDL compliance and documentation
• Monitor operational data to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with Flight Operations and Maintenance departments to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from EASA, IOSA and other authorities.
• Support with coordination and management of heavy checks during low season.
• Contribute to MCC procedures, manuals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engineering, or related field. (Can be substituted with work experience in aviation or BI/B2 license)
• Advanced English level (spoken and writen)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in airline operations, MCC/OCC, or CAMO duties of B737fleet.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and AOG's situations.
• Deep understanding of Boeing technical documentation, especially MEL/CDL/SRM/AMM
• Knowledge of EASA operational regulations and documentation
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 operations environment.
