Paint Finisher automotive and aviation

We are looking for Paint Finishers with automotive and/or aviation experience, for one of our main clients in Switzerland 

Tasks 

• Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, cleaning, and degreasing.

• Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats using spray guns (HVLP, airless, electrostatic, etc.).

• Perform paint touch-ups and local repairs on small defects such as chips, scratches, or dust inclusions without requiring full repaint.

• Carry out polishing, buffing, and defect correction for high-gloss finishes.

• Maintain paint booths, tools, and equipment in clean and safe condition

Conditions 

• Long temporary Project 

• Salary in accordance with experience 

• Travel start and end of the project covered 

• Start date: ASAP 

• Monday to friday shift 

Requirements 

• Experience as a Paint Finisher or Painter in automotive, aviation, or industrial environments.

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing premium quality finishes

• High level of English

• French language skills will be positively valued.

• Right to live and work in the European Union (EU) – mandatory.
