Licensed Engineer/Expert Profile

​We are looking for a Licensed Engineer – Expert Profile to give technical and quality support to the team leader for one of our main clients in Teruel, Spain.​

Requirements

•Licensed Engineer EASA Part 66 B1.1/B1.2/B2/C

•At least one of these type ratings:

oB747 (PW4000/RB211)

oB767 (CF6-80/PW4000)

oB777 (GE90/PW4000/TRENT 800)

•Strong knowledge on:

oAircraft's technical documents/manuals.

oAeronautical regulations (Part 145).

oKnowledge of the technical and regulatory formalities related to the site.

oAircraft Quality Regulations.

​•Experience of 10 years as Certifying Staff

Conditions

•Temporary (minimum 6 months) or Permanent contract if preferred.

•Salary in accordance with experience.

•Based in Teruel.

•Monday to Friday – 8h per day.

Tasks

•Participate in the development and planning of operations, in the preparation of requests for quotations and in client advancement meetings at the request of the project manager.

•Identify the resources and skills needed and develop versatility.

•Replace team leader if needed.

•Raise awareness among employees and third parties so that health and safety standards are understood and integrated into work practices.

•Identify areas for technical improvement of production personnel.

•Advise and transmit knowledge to production staff.

•Follow the execution plans transmitted by the Project Manager (rates, deadlines) and assist the Project Manager on request to negotiate technical points with the client.

•Provide technical solutions and report any observed anomalies (NRCs), proposing technical solutions in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation in agreement with the Team Leader.

•Ensure:

oThe match between human resources, skills and versatility

oThat all maintenance/storage/recycling activities, including defect correction, are carried out

in accordance with approved data and in accordance with organizational procedures as well as

EASA/FAA rules and requirements.

oControl of area closure and assembly.

•Perform ground verification, execution, and endoscopy operations.

•Inspect the aircraft prior to departure and perform tasks of all specialties to support production teams when needed (peak activity, additional field experience, etc.).

•Prepare incident and failure reports.
