We are currently looking for A330 MRTT Technical Training Instructor available to start in Spain in a perrmanent position for one of our clients

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training on the Airbus A330 aircraft to maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver technical training courses for the Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft, including both theoretical and practical components.
Assess and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure consistency and quality of training programs.
Support the continuous improvement of training methods and materials.

Requirements:

Minumun 3 years proven experience with A330 MRTT - Certificates of experience will be required.
Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent qualification.
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with EASA Part 147 training requirements.
