Senior Marketing Executive

 We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Resource Group. The successful applicant will provide Group-wide marketing support in delivering all aspects of marketing to the Group's business divisions.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.

• Promote Resource Group divisions through digital marketing, exhibitions, press, advertising, social media, print literature, and all forms of communications.

• Assist the Marketing Manager with CRM projects and support the Marketing Executive in managing email distribution lists and customer data.

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and assessing the impact of multi-channel campaigns.

• Monitor and report on all marketing activity as appropriate using relevant metrics and proactively look for ways to improve campaigns.

• Lead market research activities to support new products/launches that are aligned to business growth objectives.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to create engaging content and designs that maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.

• Support with the delivery of SEO and PPC digital marketing. Help the Marketing Manager devise content strategy, SEO audits, keyword research etc.

• Assist with internal communications.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the target audience and ensure that the tone, language and creative is always appropriate.

• Meet sometimes challenging deadlines along with efficiently prioritising workload and working under own initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification/Education Required

• Relevant marketing-related qualification OR degree.

Experience and Skills Required

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a CRM role.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools

• Exceptional writing ability. Experience writing social media posts, blogs, website copy and reports.

• Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills.

• An interest in market research.

• Understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools.

• Experience working in a target and deadline driven environment.

• Strong design skills using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Canva.

• Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated.

• Ability to successfully work independently with minimal supervision.

Advantageous Experience and Skills

• WordPress knowledge & experience would be beneficial.

• SEO and PPC campaign management experience.

• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn advertising.

• Confident using Google Analytics.
