Instructional Designer

As part of a new and exciting Part-66 project at our Aviation Training Facility in Kemble, we are currently looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing curriculums, materials, and developing learning activities that fit with the training needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
• Work with SMEs to develop learning objectives and assessment criteria aligned to regulation requirements to identify target audience's training needs.
• Create a list of resources needed to create digital content.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process and measure the effectiveness of the course. 
• Create engaging storyboards for various digital learning outputs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in instructional design and learning methodologies.
• A working knowledge of storyboarding for a variety of digital content.
• Experience in critically reviewing content and providing constructive feedback.
