Flight Crew Scheduler

Resource Group are currently looking for two Flight Scheduler Support to be based in Valencia for one of the leading European Airlines.

This is a great opportunity for a graduated individuals in Tourism or a similar degree, looking to develop a professional career in the aviation sector.

Some of the main tasks and responsibilities of the role are:

• Cabin Crew flight's assignment.
• Cabin Crew activities' and breaks control: Validation of schedules.
• Situation movement assignment in order to position crews.
• Control of daily incidents.
• Communication and notification of changes to both the Tcp's and the departments involved in the operation.
• Deprogramming of cancellations and balance of schedules.
• Ensure a minimum of Cabin Crew reserved resources for each day.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or similar.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport.
• Computer literate, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driving license and own car.
• Plenty availability and flexible to work on different rotating shifts.
  Skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Spanish and English.
• Organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Full availability

Conditions

• Full time temporary contract.
• Rotating shifts (morning - afternoon - evening) from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off.
• 2 vacancies.
