We are looking for a Business Development Executive to be responsible for the sales of specific services in the ATT business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.
· Securing new business from new clients
Answering queries from clients via e-mail telephone or face to face.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mail.
Identify and develop key market targets, new customers and new business with existing customers.
Identifying key decision makers within target clients; contacting and developing relationships with these individuals in the most appropriate manner; investigating current supplier relationships and opportunities for RG to replace or complement.
Pro-active sales processing, including but not limited to:
Working with RG clients across the RG offering to establish their initial requirements.
Liaison with RG Ops to develop an appropriate solution.
Establishing prices against clear cost modelling.
Creating proposals and other response documents as required.
Price negotiation and closing of the sale to the client.
Working with other team members to identify key target regions and support activity already in place
Cold Calling to prospect for new clients
Developing pro-active sales initiatives designed to meet and if possible exceed agreed new business sales targets.
Representing RG at trade exhibitions, events and capability demonstrations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Significant sales experience in an outward, customer facing role.
• New Business Acquisition
• Cold Call Experience
• Familiarisation with CRM systems
