Private Aviation Business Developer

From Resource Group are currently looking for a Business Developer for one of our main clients based in Madrid, Spain.

The overall purpose of the role is the new customer acquisition, as well as new executive/private aircrafts management in an international level (particularly focused in Europe), boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Market prospecting.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Advise the company’s products/services.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and other KPIs.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Main Requirements

  • Higher university studies in the business/ administration/ sales field.
  • We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the private aviation sector, therefore, previous experience in executive aviation is a must.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Proven working experience in a similar role (commercial, sales, business development).

 Languages: proficiency in English. Bilingual in any other language is highly valuated.
