Aviation Recruiter

From Resource Consulting Spain we are currently looking for an Aviation Recruiter to join the team from our Madrid's office.

Some of the main tasks and responsibilities of the role would be:

• Resourcing and Screening duties. Job posting from different platforms, candidate research, candidate management, candidate documentation management and check, CV assessment, interviews, candidate's reports, client proposal, etc.

• Customer service. In occasions, direct contact with clients would be needed, as well as communications regarding candidates, job vacancies and any other HR requests.

Main Requirements

• Higher university studies such as Psychology, Labor relationships and Human Resources or any other degree from the Social Sciences field.

• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• Experience in the aviation/ aeronautical sector would be highly valuated.
